This was an hour full of laughter and pure silliness with this little firecracker...Whitney! She was ready to pose and smile at every turn...not to mention as a whole this is a gorgeous family too. We met downtown and then ran over to their house and captured this beautiful sunset lighting and her awesome red curls!

Miss Kinzley's 1st Birthday {Gruene Family Photography}

Happy 1st Birthday Kinzley!  

I took her newborn pictures...seems just like a few months ago! She is now One and full of energy, has a beautiful smile that warms your heart and loves her momma and daddy {and also now Loves cake icing too}!

I LOVE photographing twins...especially when they are so new and sleepy! These sweet babies were so perfect during their first photo shoot and their parents were so helpful too!

Seniors 2012...{New Braunfels Senior Photography}

Congrats 2012 Seniors!

Well, Senior Season has come and gone so quickly this year! Here is just a sampling of all the seniors that I had the  opportunity to meet and capture their beauty and personality. Seniors are my absolute favorite subject to photograph. They WANT to be there, they want to show you how cute (or handsome)they are and they are FULL of ideas. I love creative minds!! We had tons of smiles and many serious faces that usually turned into huge laughs....you try it...it is hard to be serious with someone staring at you through a camera...saying "now be serious"...ha!

Who knew Seniors are so attached to their pets?

Well...this year we had a few different kind of animals!

Welcome Baby River {New Braunfels Birth Photography}

There are many firsts for me in this session...First time to see a birth (since I dont really remember our girls)...First time for me to see how a home birth works, and First time to do birthing photography. So...needless to say I was VERY nervous...but luckily it was with some good friends and their family! They made me feel so at home and relaxed (plus had some awesome sweet tea). I got there about 630pm after "the phone call" to say she was in active labor. We all laughed and told stories then you can see the pain was increasing. She had an awesome support team, husband, girls, parents, sisters and even a brother-in-law. But what I loved most about this session is that
God was in the center of their lives.

 Above is proud Big Sister Atlie. Then about a week later I went back to get
 just a few newborn pictures of River...what a cutie!

 What an experience...it was incredible to see one of God's miracles! I think I may want to do this again!

The Brooks Family...{Gruene Family Photographer}

This Texas family is now living in California and wanted a real rustic feel to their pictures...so where else then Gruene, Tx to take photos! Big brother was full of smiles and giggles the whole time but little brother wasn't to sure about all of this (his hair cracks me up...it was super humid that morning...nothing could be done!).

Cute Breelyn...{New Braunfels Children Photographer}

I met up with this sweet 18 month old and her momma. She was full of questions. I love this age...they are like little sponges soaking up everything they can! She was constantly pointing and asking "dog?"   So darn cute!

   

And Finally...Breelyn had enough of the camera in her face so we took her to get a cupcake at 2Tarts in downtown New Braunfels. She was so excited and grabbed it and began eating...which made her REALLY happy!

I had so much fun with these two love birds in Gruene. Of course we figured out the 8 degrees between people...and tried to capture some of their love on film.

Mr Bennett's Sneak Peeks...{Austin Newborn Photography}

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bennett at his home a couple of weeks ago. He had the cutest little mohawk that you ever have seen (at least that is what his mom &and I thought...not sure if dad agreed). 2012 Babies...New Braunfels, La Vernia & San Antonio Newborn Photography

It has been Baby Central around here this January! Wow...so many super sweet and sleepy babies! It has been so much fun to meet these new parents and hear every ones story.

This is Miss Julia...she was a Christmas baby!

This little guy is Levi...who is loved so much by his big brother and sister

(and who got them both a little wet)!

Say Hello to Miss Mallory (one of my favorite names). Her brave daddy brought home his work clothes and set it up for us! This little girl was 20 days old but slept like a newborn!  

Princess Lyla...she was a dream...so very sweet!

And Finally...10 day old Miss Reece...I am finishing hers up soon....

but this baby can sleep...she was so much fun to play with!
